Sensitivity. Pay attention to the food that you put into your body. Are you feeding your body and energy reserves or are you taking away from it? Also, is what you're feeling even yours? You may be picking up moods from the tv you watch or music you listen to, or is it the people at work or at home? Discernment is key to deciphering what is yours and what isn't. If you're an empath, than it is safe to say that if you're feeling overwhelmed, what you're feeling isn't yours.
