Transitional Life Coaching
Coaching is a collaborative relationship between an accredited life coach and a client designed to tap into your full potential. Many of today’s most successful business leaders, professionals, executives, entrepreneurs and CEOs use the services of a life coach to take their lives, careers, or businesses to the next level.
A Coach holds space for you by maintaining an objective perspective and enthusiastic support while, together, diving deeper into your beliefs by using introspective exercises to discover what blocks have been holding you back.
Transitional Life Coaching is assisting people through tough transitional times such as break-up or divorce, becoming a parent or stepping into a caretaker role, grieving death or a loved one in just transferred to hospice, experiencing major surgery and recovery process.
Each life transition is dealt with differently and each client is unique in experience and needs. My goal is to hold space for my client during their healing process whether that is talking through things, needing help with planning and paperwork, talk therapy or something else.

12-week Empowerment Program
Life sometimes side blinds you with tragedy and big transitions sometimes knocking your crown crooked from its resting place or maybe cause it to go flying off your head! Maybe now you feel like you've lost your identity and your way too. You've tried to rebound, gather yourself up desperately trying to stabilize the pillars of your life trying to keep it all together, but you're tired of pretending everything is fine while you are slowly sinking under.
This program is for those who are ready to commit to making the changes to their core foundation which will better support the main pillars that are holding up your life. The huge impact will be having more confidence, focus, clarity, drive, passion, purpose, meaning to events in your life.
Each step of the program is designed to teach you a new concept, then do a worksheet or have a discussion about how to apply the concept to your life, then your personalized homework will be assigned for you to practice throughout the week. Our goal over the next 12-weeks is to open your mind to new ways of thinking and new perspectives to see.
The program is designed to have 10 sessions of program content plus 2 sessions that are client lead. So if you are local to me, we can do a Reiki or Auriculotherapy session. Or, maybe there was a topic you want to focus more on. The Intuitive Development section of the program the the most popular to extend. Or, maybe you want to focus more on your relationships with others. It's YOUR choice!
Here are a few overall topics the program focuses on....
The process of adapting when faced with adversity, tragedy, or other significant stressors. It's the ability to bounce back! This involves behaviors, thoughts, and actions that can be learned and developed. Bring about positive self-awareness and confidence, communications and problem solving skills, goal setting and realization skills, and the ability to manage strong emotions and impulses.
Being assertive is when you stand up for your rights in such a way that the rights of others are not violated by expressing your personal likes and interests spontaneously; talk about yourself without being self-conscious; accept compliments comfortably; disagree with someone openly; ask for clarification; and saying "no". If you feel that it is selfish to put your needs before others' needs, that it's shameful to make mistakes, you take responsibility for people's reactions or problems, are a people pleaser, an empath, believe that you must be agreeable not to rock the boat, feel like you must have to justify yourself to others.. Assertiveness training will help you life a less anxious and more empowered way of life.
Stress Management and Relaxation
Are you feeling maxed out in your schedule and in life? Trying to juggle everything- work, school, parenting, after school activities, relationships, family obligations etc., and self-care ends up on the bottom of the to-do list? In these sessions we take a broad view of what is going on in your life and look at what is working for you and what is not then figure out a schedule or way to better manage your time. Then we focus on learning stress management and relaxation techniques to help you better cope with all your responsibilities. Through the practice of mindfulness you will feel less stressed; more balanced, centered, peaceful, focused in the present moment.
You will learn how to recognize with your inner wisdom by connecting with your highest self through meditative practice. Learn to become self-reliant and steadfast as you feel empowered by the knowing of who you are and what your purpose is. Melt away fears and limiting beliefs. Learn how to connect with your angel and guide team. How to honor your ancestors and your journey by doing the work to shed the karmic wounding of your lineage. Discover how your intuition uniquely works for you. How to discern your higher-self from your egoic-self and which senses you receive messages from Spirit.
